Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their store at the Mall at Short Hills. The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in the store team, focusing on driving profitability and efficiency. Alo Yoga values mindful movement and its impact on creating a better lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing inventory management processes, maximizing accuracy, and reducing shrink.
  • Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues.
  • Supporting key operational functions such as shipment, receiving, processing, and sales floor replenishment.
  • Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
  • Supporting a safe work environment and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Assisting with shipment processing and product placement.
  • Resolving client needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying product concerns and communicating inventory needs.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales, and operational environment.
  • Ability to move constantly in the store, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, climb, and stand for an entire shift.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as a team.
  • Alignment with Alo’s Guiding Principles.
