Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their store in Chicago. Alo Yoga focuses on mindful movement and better living. The Operations Associate plays a crucial role in driving profitability and efficiency, working closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to achieve optimal results.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Executing inventory management processes, focusing on accuracy and shrink reduction
  • Investigating inventory accuracy issues and escalating process or system gaps
  • Supporting operational functions such as shipment receiving, processing, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates
  • Maintaining strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • Supporting a safe work environment and efficient stockroom standards
  • Executing company-level operations directives
  • Processing shipments and ensuring product flow
  • Resolving client needs quickly and effectively
  • Identifying product concerns and communicating inventory needs

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
  • Ability to move dynamically in the store
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist
  • Passion for customer service
  • Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results
