Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Old Orchard

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate in Skokie, IL. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store team. The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to optimize store operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigating inventory accuracy issues and escalating gaps.
• Supporting operational functions like receiving, processing, and replenishment.
• Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
• Supporting a safe work environment.
• Processing shipment, visual merchandising and daily replenishment
• Resolving client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identifying product concerns and communicating inventory needs

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Passion for customer service.
• Desire to achieve results individually and as a team.
