Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their store in Princeton, New Jersey. The Operations Associate plays a crucial role in the store team, driving profitability and efficiency. They work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to achieve optimal results in supporting total store operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing inventory management processes effectively.
  • Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues.
  • Supporting key operational functions such as shipment, receiving, and sales floor recovery.
  • Maintaining strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • Supporting a safe work environment.
  • Assisting in processing shipments and ensuring product flow.
  • Resolving client needs quickly and effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Alignment with Alo’s Guiding Principles.

Part-time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week. The Company’s Associate base pay ranges from $17.00 - $19.00/ hour in Princeton, NJ.
