Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Plaza Frontenac

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for its Plaza Frontenac store in St. Louis, MO. The Operations Associate plays a crucial role in the store team, driving profitability and efficiency. The role involves collaborating closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate, complete work, and provide feedback, ultimately optimizing store operations.

Responsibilities include

• Executing inventory management processes and maximizing inventory accuracy.
• Investigating inventory issues and escalating process gaps.
• Supporting key operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintaining visual standards and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment.
• Assisting in processing shipment and ensuring product flow.
• Resolving client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements include:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to move dynamically and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Passion for customer service.
• Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
• Alignment with Alo’s Guiding Principles.
