Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Associate to join their team at the Rockefeller Center location in New York. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency in the store.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute inventory management.
  • Investigate inventory issues.
  • Support shipment processing.
  • Maintain visual standards.
  • Support a safe work environment.
  • Assess and aid the needs of the business, team and guests.
  • Execute company-level operations.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and twist.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivated and aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.

The Company’s Associate base pay ranges from $17.00 - $19.00/ hour in New York, NY.
