Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their store in Garden City, New York. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store team. The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team, providing feedback and ensuring optimal results in total store operations.
The role involves:
- Executing inventory management processes, maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink.
- Investigating inventory accuracy issues and escalating process or system gaps.
- Supporting key operational functions like shipment, receiving, and sales floor replenishment.
- Maintaining strong visual standards for the sales floor.
- Assisting in processing shipments and ensuring product flow.
- Resolving client needs effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The candidate should have:
- 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move dynamically around the store.
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results individually and as a team.
- Ability to work during the Blackout period, from American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.

This role requires constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. The associate needs to take initiative to perform other tasks to keep the store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently.
