Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Ross Park Mall

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Associate to join their team at the Ross Park Mall location in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory management processes, support operational functions, and maintain visual standards.Responsibilities:

• Execute inventory management processes effectively.
• Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues.
• Support key operational functions such as shipment, receiving, and sales floor replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Assist in processing shipments and visual merchandising placement.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
• Resolve client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
