Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join its team in Santa Monica. The Operations Associate plays a crucial role in driving profitability and efficiency within the store.

Role Involves:

  • Executing inventory management processes.
  • Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues.
  • Supporting operational functions like shipment processing and sales floor replenishment.
  • Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
  • Assisting with reporting, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Resolving client needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to move constantly and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
  • Alignment with Alo's Guiding Principles.
