Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Scottsdale Fashion Square

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join their team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Operations Associate will contribute to the store's profitability and efficiency by working closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory management processes, support key operational functions, and maintain visual standards.

The role involves:

• Executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigating inventory accuracy issues and escalating process or system gaps.
• Supporting operational functions like shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates.
• Maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Assisting in processing shipments and ensuring product flow.
• Resolving client needs quickly and effectively.

Requirements include:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to move dynamically, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
