Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate in their Soho location. This role is crucial for store profitability, efficiency, and maintaining visual standards. The Operations Associate works closely with the Operations & Visual Manager & Operations Lead.Responsibilities:
  • Execute inventory management processes.
  • Investigate inventory accuracy issues.
  • Support operational functions like shipment processing.
  • Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
  • Support a safe, efficient work environment.
  • Resolve client needs and identify product concerns.
  • Execute company-level operations directives.
  • Assist in processing shipment and ensuring product flow.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • High energy and enthusiasm.
  • Self-motivation and desire to achieve results.
