Alo Yoga, a company focused on mindful movement, is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Associate to join their team in Austin, TX. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store. The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to optimize store operations.

The Operations Associate role involves:

• Executing inventory management processes.
• Investigating inventory accuracy issues.
• Supporting operational functions like shipment processing and sales floor replenishment.
• Maintaining visual standards.
• Ensuring a safe work environment.
• Assisting in processing shipments.
• Resolving client needs quickly.

Requirements for this role include:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to move constantly and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, and twist.
• Passion for customer service.
• Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
