Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Southpark Mall

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for its Southpark Mall location in Charlotte, NC. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store team. The Operations Associate collaborates with the Operations & Visual Management team to achieve optimal results in total store operations. Position based onsite.

• Executing inventory management processes and ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Addressing inventory accuracy issues and working with the store manager to resolve them.
• Supporting key operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates.
• Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
• Assisting in processing shipments and ensuring product flow.
• Resolving client needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identifying product concerns and communicating inventory needs.

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to move constantly around the store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist.
• Passion for customer service.
