Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Stanford Shopping Center

Job Description

Alo Yoga is looking for a part-time Operations Associate to join their team at the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto, California. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store.

The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement tasks and provide feedback, ensuring optimal operational results.

What the role involves:

• Executing inventory management processes, focusing on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigating inventory issues and escalating process gaps to management.
• Supporting operational functions like shipment processing, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Assisting with visual merchandising and daily replenishment.
• Resolving client needs and identifying product concerns.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational setting.
• Ability to move constantly within the store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and climbing.
• Passion for customer service.
• Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
