Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Associate to enhance store profitability and efficiency at The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role involves collaborating with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute operational tasks and maintain visual standards.

• Executing inventory management processes.
• Investigating and addressing inventory accuracy issues.
• Supporting operational functions like shipment processing and sales floor replenishment.
• Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
• Assisting in processing shipments and ensuring product flow.
• Resolving client needs.
• Identifying product concerns.

Candidates should have:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing.
• Passion for customer service.
• Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
