Operations Associate (Part-Time) - The Mall at Green Hills

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their store at The Mall at Green Hills in Nashville, TN. The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in driving profitability and efficiency within the store team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment and a strong passion for customer service. This individual will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team, contributing to the achievement of optimal operational results.

Role Involves:

• Executing inventory management processes.
• Investigating inventory accuracy issues.
• Supporting key operational functions (shipment, receiving, etc.).
• Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
• Assisting with processing shipments and product flow.
• Resolving client needs efficiently.

Requirements:

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to move dynamically within the store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
