Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their store located in The Mall at Millenia in Orlando, Florida. This role is critical to the store team and is responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute inventory management processes.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues.
  • Support key operational functions, including shipment processing and sales floor recovery.
  • Maintain visual standards for the sales floor.
  • Support a safe work environment.
  • Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and fulfill business needs.
  • Assist in processing shipment and ensuring product flow; including but not limited to visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies
  • Resolve client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support the business goals

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to move constantly around the store.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
  • Alignment with Alo Yoga’s Guiding Principles.
