Alo Yoga is seeking a Part-Time Operations Associate for The Shops at Columbus Circle location. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store team. The Operations Associate collaborates with the Operations & Visual Management team to achieve optimal results in supporting total store operations.

Role Involves:

  • Executing inventory management processes.
  • Investigating inventory accuracy issues.
  • Supporting key operational functions including shipment, receiving, and processing.
  • Maintaining visual standards for the sales floor.
  • Supporting a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
  • Aligns with and embodies Alo’s Guiding Principles.
