Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Associate for their store at The Shops at Hudson Yards in New York, NY. This role is crucial to the store team, focusing on driving profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate collaborates with the Operations & Visual Management team to achieve optimal results in supporting total store operations.Role involves:
  • Executing inventory management processes.
  • Addressing inventory accuracy issues.
  • Supporting key operational functions (shipment, receiving, sales floor recovery, etc.).
  • Maintaining visual standards.
  • Assisting with shipment processing and product flow.
  • Resolving client needs.
  • Identifying product concerns and communicate inventory needs
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to move constantly around the store.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, climbing, etc.).
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
  • Alignment with Alo’s Guiding Principles.
