Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their store in Corte Madera, California. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store team. The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to achieve optimal results in supporting total store operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute inventory management processes, maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink.
  • Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate process gaps.
  • Support execution of key operational functions, including shipment, receiving, and sales floor replenishment.
  • Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards.
  • Resolve client needs quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivated desire to achieve results.
