Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their Toronto Eaton Centre location. This individual will be crucial to the store team, driving profitability and efficiency. They will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to optimize store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Executing inventory management processes.
- Investigating inventory accuracy issues.
- Supporting operational functions like shipment processing and floor set updates.
- Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
- Supporting a safe work environment.
- Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests
- Executing company-level operations-focused directives
- Assists in processing shipment and ensuring product flow
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies
- Resolve client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support the business goals
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
- Ability to move constantly and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Passion for customer service.
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
