Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Town Center at Boca Raton

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Associate to join their team in Boca Raton, FL. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store. The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to achieve optimal results in supporting total store operations.

• Effectively execute inventory management processes
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues
• Support key operational functions, including shipment processing and sales floor recovery
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor
• Ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to fulfill business and guest needs

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to move constantly and lift up to 50 pounds
• Passion for customer service
• Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results
