Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Waterside Shops

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their Waterside Shops location in Naples, FL. The Operations Associate will play a critical role in the store team, driving profitability and efficiency. They will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute tasks, provide feedback, and achieve optimal results supporting total store operations. Responsibilities include:

• Executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues.
• Supporting key operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates.
• Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
• Ensuring a safe work environment and efficient operation of the stockroom.
• Assisting in processing shipment and ensuring product flow, visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence
• Resolving client needs quickly and effectively ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identifying product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support the business goals

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results as an individual and as part of a team.
