Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for their store in White Plains, New York. Alo Yoga's core values are based on mindful movement, and they are looking for someone to contribute to store profitability and efficiency.

The Operations Associate works closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to maintain standards and help manage the store.

The role involves:

  • Executing inventory management processes.
  • Supporting key operational functions (shipment, receiving, etc.).
  • Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
  • Assisting with sales floor recovery and replenishment.
  • Processing shipment and ensuring product flow
  • Resolving client needs and identifying product concerns

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to move dynamically and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivated.
