Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Part-Time Operations Associate for their Williamsburg store in Brooklyn, NY. This individual will be crucial in driving profitability and efficiency within the store team, working closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to achieve optimal results in supporting total store operations.

Role Involves:

  • Executing inventory management processes.
  • Investigating inventory accuracy issues.
  • Supporting operational functions.
  • Maintaining visual standards.
  • Supporting a safe work environment.
  • Executing company-level directives.
  • Assisting in shipment processing.
  • Resolving client needs.
  • Identifying product concerns.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • Ability to move constantly in the store.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
