Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Woodfield Mall

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for its Woodfield Mall location. The Operations Associate will play a crucial role on the store team, contributing to profitability and efficiency. They will collaborate closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute tasks, provide feedback, and achieve optimal results in supporting overall store operations.

The role involves executing inventory management processes, addressing inventory accuracy issues, and supporting key operational functions like shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and floor set updates. The associate will also maintain visual standards, assist with reporting and budgeting, and ensure a safe working environment.

Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, this position takes initiative to perform other tasks, as needed, to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently.

• Executing inventory management processes
• Investigating inventory accuracy issues

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, move, bend, kneel, climb, and twist
• Passion for customer service
