Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead to join their team in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. This role is pivotal in the store's leadership, focusing on driving profitability and efficiency. The Operations Lead will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks and provide feedback to the team, ensuring optimal results in store operations.

Role Involves:
  • Leading and executing inventory management processes.
  • Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues.
  • Managing key operational functions like shipment processing and sales floor replenishment.
  • Championing strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • Supporting a safe work environment through effective stockroom management.
  • Overseeing Operations Associates and contributing to their development.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making skills.
  • Ability to receive and provide feedback.
  • High energy and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Alignment with Alo's guiding principles.
