Operations Lead - Fashion Island

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead for their Fashion Island store in Newport Beach, California. The Operations Lead plays a crucial role within the store leadership team, focusing on driving profitability and efficiency. This individual will collaborate closely with the Operations & Visual Manager, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring optimal results that support overall store operations.

• Leading and executing inventory management processes
• Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues
• Managing operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and supply management
• Championing visual standards for the sales floor
• Supporting a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision-making skills
• Receptive to feedback and eager to provide it
• High energy and enthusiasm
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Alignment with Alo's guiding principles
