Operations Lead - Fashion Valley

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead to join their team in San Diego, California. This role is crucial in the store leadership team and is responsible for driving and coaching to profitability and efficiency. The Operations Lead works closely with the Operations & Visual Manager, delegating work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute inventory management processes.
• Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues.
• Manage key operational functions, including shipment processing and sales floor replenishment.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support a safe work environment.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, and expenses.
• Demonstrate business acumen by leveraging metrics.
• Lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations.
• Oversee Operations Associates, focusing on recruitment and development.
• Collaborate with Visual Lead and Sales & Service Lead.
• Execute company-level operations-focused directives and projects.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making.
• Values feedback and is eager to provide it.
• High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
