Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead to join their store leadership team. The Operations Lead will be responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. They will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager, delegating tasks, and providing feedback to optimize results. This role involves inventory management, operational functions execution, business acumen, and people leadership.

The Operations Lead will:

• Lead and execute inventory management processes.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues.
• Manage operational functions.
• Champion visual standards.
• Support a safe work environment.
• Manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory.
• Use metrics to support business strategies
• Evaluate and help Operations Associates

Requirements for the Operations Lead position include:
