Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead for their Regent Street location in London. This role is vital to the store's leadership team, focusing on profitability and efficiency. The Operations Lead collaborates with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks and provide team feedback, striving for optimal operational results.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and executing inventory management.
• Investigating and resolving inventory issues.
• Managing key operational functions (shipments, floor sets, etc.).
• Championing strong visual standards.
• Supporting a safe and efficient work environment.
• Partnering with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, and expenses.
• Demonstrating strong business acumen.
• Assessing and fulfilling business, team, and guest needs.
• Inspiring staff in daily operations.
• Overseeing Operations Associates, including recruitment and development.
• Using performance tools to evaluate associates and provide feedback.
• Collaborating with Visual Lead.
• Executing company-level operations-focused directives.
