Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Manager for their Pacific Centre location in Vancouver. This role is crucial for implementing Alo's operational strategy, emphasizing inventory management and labor planning to ensure an efficient store operation. The Operations Manager will support a customer-ready environment at all times.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Overseeing and supporting key operational processes.
  • Investigating inventory accuracy issues and championing strong operational standards.
  • Supporting sell-through management and coordinating labor for product deliveries.
  • Managing the budget, reporting, and other business data.
  • Leading the operations team, fostering development and communication.
  • Overseeing the execution of flow experience deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain personal accountability.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an entire shift.
