Operations Manager - PC Amsterdam

Job Description

Alo is seeking an Operations and Visual Manager in Amsterdam to bring the brand's operational and visual strategy to life within the store. The Operations and Visual Manager will be a crucial member of the store leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support sell-through management.
• Ensure a safe work environment.
• Represent the business in meetings and on calls.
• Manage the budget and business data.
• Lead the Operations and Visual team.
• Establish an internal & external pipeline through succession planning and recruitment strategy.

Requirements:

• Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
• Agility in handling multiple tasks.
• Motivation to drive business in a fast-paced environment.

What the role offers:
