Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Manager for their Toronto Eaton Centre location. The Operations Manager plays a vital role on the store leadership team. They are responsible for implementing Alo's operational strategy within the store. The ideal candidate has passion for inventory management and labor planning.
Role involves:
- Overseeing and supporting the execution of key operational processes.
- Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues.
- Championing operational standards for the sales floor.
- Supporting sell-through management.
- Ensuring accuracy of inventory counts.
- Coordinating labor hours for efficient product deliveries.
- Representing the business in meetings.
- Managing the budget and other business data.
- Leading the Operations team and fostering communication.
- Writing effective schedules.
- Overseeing the execution of the Flow experience.
- Collaborating with business partners to achieve goals.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
- Agility and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Independent work ethic and time management skills.
- Alignment with Alo’s Guiding Principles.
- Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Open availability, including peak days and weekends.
