Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing key operational and visual processes
- Addressing inventory accuracy issues
- Maintaining visual standards
- Supporting sell-through management
- Managing budgets and business data
- Leading the Operations and Visual team
- Creating effective schedules
- Executing Flow experience deliverables
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of retail leadership experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Alignment with Alo's principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
