Job Description

Alo is seeking a Visual Lead to join their team in Laval, Quebec. The Visual Lead will be responsible for maximizing store profitability through visual merchandising, in partnership with the Visual Manager. They will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to initiate, delegate work, and provide feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.

The role involves:

• Managing execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery.
• Maintaining strategic product presentation and merchandising.
• Planning visual floor changes with the management team.
• Utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities.
• Managing reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
• Demonstrating strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies.
• Leading by example and inspires staff in daily operations and guest experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making.
• Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide.
• High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
