Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for their Bloor St location. The Sales Associate will contribute to achieving store sales goals by upholding the Alo experience and brand mission. They will create an authentic experience for guests through connection, product education, and sharing the community and culture of Alo Yoga. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in product details, thrive in a team setting, and embrace a culture of feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Positively impact the business and store environment.
- Drive and exceed sales goals through Alo’s Flow initiatives.
- Ensure customer engagement and provide a friendly shopping environment.
- Build client relationships daily.
- Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results.
- Educate guests and staff on product, community, and culture.
- Assist in processing shipments and visual merchandising.
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
Requirements:
- Preferred 1+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment.
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Alignment with Alo’s guiding principles.
- Self-motivation to achieve results individually and as a team.
- Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, move, bend, kneel, and climb.
