Sales Associate (Part-Time) - CF Market Mall

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for their CF Market Mall location in Calgary. The Sales Associate will focus on achieving store sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences in line with Alo's brand mission, utilizing product knowledge, and educating customers about our community.

• Drive sales by implementing Alo’s Flow initiatives.
• Ensure customer engagement in a friendly environment.
• Build client relationships.
• Analyze reports and implement action plans.
• Educate guests and staff on product, community, and culture.
• Assist with shipment processing and visual merchandising.

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Knowledge of store goals, company communication, initiatives, new product launches and any additional information required by the Store Leadership Team; educate on guest-facing initiatives on the floor
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
• Must be available to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season.
