Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Grafton Street

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for their Grafton Street location in Dublin. The Sales Associate will work to achieve store sales goals by setting the standard of the Alo experiences and Brand Mission. They will create an authentic experience for every guest through connection, product education, and by educating customers about Alo's community and culture.

The individual will be an expert in all facets of product knowledge, including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care. The Sales Associate will contribute to a positive store environment aligning with store leadership and company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and exceeding goals.
• Ensuring customer engagement and a friendly shopping environment.
• Building client relationships.
• Analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results.
• Educating guests and staff on product, community and culture.
• Processing shipment and ensuring product flow.

Requirements:

• Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service.
• Self-motivation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proof of right to live and work in the Ireland.
