Alo Yoga is seeking a Sales & Service Lead for their Grafton Street location in Dublin. This role is pivotal in elevating the guest experience and ensuring the store meets engagement and sales targets. The Sales & Service Lead will manage sales floor activities, provide product education, and foster a welcoming environment for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead guest experience on the floor.
• Build client relationships.
• Analyze reports and implement action plans.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Inspire staff in daily operations.
• Recruit and develop talent.
• Collaborate with other leads for cross-functional training.
• Execute company directives.
