Alo Yoga is seeking a Sales & Service Manager for their store in Amsterdam. The Sales & Service Manager will be a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for implementing Alo's business and guest experience strategy. He/She will focus on achieving business targets, enhancing sales, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and developing talent in alignment with Alo's values.Role responsibilities:
  • Investigating sales opportunities and identifying root causes.
  • Overseeing the Sales & Service team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Building client relationships with customers.
  • Ensuring effective sales floor coverage and leading sales initiatives.
  • Partnering with the General Manager to develop and implement the Sales & Service strategy.
  • Managing the budget, reporting, and other business data.
  • Ensuring the team embodies Alo's mission and values.
  • Leading the team through coaching, development, and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Prior leadership experience within retail or a related industry.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
  • Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Independent work ethic and time management skills.
  • Alignment with Alo’s values.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the UK
