Alo Yoga is seeking a Sales & Service Manager for their store in Amsterdam. The Sales & Service Manager will be a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for implementing Alo's business and guest experience strategy. He/She will focus on achieving business targets, enhancing sales, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and developing talent in alignment with Alo's values.Role responsibilities:
- Investigating sales opportunities and identifying root causes.
- Overseeing the Sales & Service team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Building client relationships with customers.
- Ensuring effective sales floor coverage and leading sales initiatives.
- Partnering with the General Manager to develop and implement the Sales & Service strategy.
- Managing the budget, reporting, and other business data.
- Ensuring the team embodies Alo's mission and values.
- Leading the team through coaching, development, and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Prior leadership experience within retail or a related industry.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
- Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
