Job Description
The Sales & Service Manager at Alo Amsterdam is responsible for bringing Alo's operational and visual strategy to life in the store. This role involves inventory management, labor planning, and visual execution to ensure the store is customer-ready. The individual will represent the business in meetings, manage the budget, and collaborate with the General Manager, focusing on optimizing performance and efficiency. This role also focuses on leading the team through coaching, talent development, and effective communication.
- Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
- Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory counts and coordinates labor hours for product deliveries.
- Support a safe work environment.
- Review and manage the budget and business data.
- Lead a team through coaching and development.
- Implement the General/Store Manager’s vision.
Requirements:
- Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and independent work ethic.
- Proof of right to live and work in the Netherlands.
