Visual Manager - Ala Moana Center

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Manager for their Ala Moana Center store in Honolulu, HI. This role is a critical part of the store leadership team, focused on implementing Alo's visual and product strategy to enhance the store's appeal and drive sales. The Visual Manager is responsible for planning, product knowledge, data analysis, and visual execution, with the primary goal of maintaining a customer-ready store at all times.

Role Involves:

• Overseeing and supporting key operational and visual processes
• Championing strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Leading strategic product presentation and merchandising
• Planning visual floor changes and managing payroll
• Utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities
• Representing the business in meetings and on conference calls
• Managing the budget, reporting, and other business data
• Ensuring the Visual team embodies Alo's mission and guiding principles
• Leading a team through accountability and development of talent
• Overseeing the execution of deliverables on the sales floor
• Collaborating with business partners to support organizational goals

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
• Agility to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
• Alignment with and embodiment of Alo’s Guiding Principles
• Ability to move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
