Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Manager for their Bellevue Square store. The Visual Manager will be a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for implementing Alo's visual and product strategy in the store. They will focus on planning, product knowledge, analyzing reports, and visual execution to drive efficient merchandising and ensure the store is customer-ready.

Role involves:

  • Overseeing execution of operational and visual processes.
  • Leading product presentation and merchandising.
  • Planning visual floor changes and managing payroll.
  • Identifying business opportunities with product placement.
  • Representing the business in meetings and managing the budget.
  • Leading and coaching the Visual team.
  • Overseeing the execution of deliverables on the sales floor.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing environments.
  • Independent work ethic and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for an entire shift.
