Visual Manager - Bloor

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Manager for their store in Toronto. This role is a critical part of the store leadership team, responsible for implementing Alo's visual and product strategy. The Visual Manager will focus on planning, product knowledge, analyzing reports, and visual execution to drive effective visual merchandising and ensure the store is always customer-ready.

The role involves constant movement on the sales floor and in the back of house, assisting guests, and performing tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient store.

Role Involves:

• Overseeing and supporting the execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Championing strong visual standards for the sales floor using business performance data.
• Leading strategic product presentation and merchandising.
• Planning visual floor changes through payroll management and adapting visual support.
• Identifying business opportunities with product placement and stock levels using reporting tools.
• Representing the business in meetings and managing the budget and business data.
• Leading the visual team and ensuring they communicate effectively with guests.
• Overseeing the execution of deliverables on the sales floor and achieving KPIs.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
• Agility and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Independent work ethic and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities.
• Open availability, including peak days, weekends, and holidays.
