Job Description

Alo is seeking a Visual Manager to bring the brand's visual and product strategy to life in their Austin store. This role requires a passion for planning, product knowledge, analyzing reporting, and visual execution. The Visual Manager will ensure the store is customer-ready at all times, leading strategic product presentation and merchandising, and driving efficient visual merchandising.This role involves:

• Overseeing and supporting the execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Championing strong visual standards, leveraging business performance data.
• Leading strategic product presentation and merchandising.
• Planning visual floor changes and managing payroll.
• Utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities.
• Representing the business in meetings and on conference calls.
• Managing the budget and reporting.
• Leading a team through coaching and development.
• Overseeing the execution of deliverables on the sales floor.
• Collaborating and implementing the General/Store Manager’s vision.

Requirements include:

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
• Agility and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Independent work ethic and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Open availability, including peak days, weekends, and blackout periods.
