Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Manager for their Flatiron location in New York. The Visual Manager will play a crucial role in bringing Alo's visual and product strategy to life within the store. This individual will be responsible for visual merchandising, ensuring the store is customer-ready, and driving efficient visual execution.
The Visual Manager will:
- Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
- Champion strong visual standards.
- Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising.
- Plan visual floor changes.
- Identify business opportunities with product placement.
- Represent the business in meetings,
- Manage the budget and reporting.
- Lead the Visual team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
