Visual Manager - Garden State Plaza

Alo is seeking a Visual Manager for their store in Paramus, NJ. Alo is a company that believes in mindful movement and its impact on better living and communities. The Visual Manager will play a crucial role in bringing Alo's visual and product strategy to life within the store environment.

The Visual Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong visual standards, overseeing operational processes, and driving efficient visual merchandising. The person will be responsible for ensuring customer-ready store.

Visual Leader

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising
• Effectively plans Visual floor changes through payroll management
• Own visual direction from planning through executing to meeting company expectations, budgets, timeline
• Utilizes reporting tools in partnership with management to identify business opportunities with product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.

The Role Involves:

• Overseeing and supporting the execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Championing strong visual standards by leveraging business performance data.
• Leading strategic product presentation and merchandising.
• Planning visual floor changes and managing payroll effectively.

The position requires:

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
• Agility and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Independent work ethic and time management skills.
• Alignment with Alo’s guiding principles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and climbing.
