Visual Manager - La Cantera

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Manager for their store in San Antonio. This role is a key part of the store leadership team, responsible for bringing Alo's visual and product strategy to life. The Visual Manager will focus on planning, product knowledge, analyzing reporting, and visual execution to ensure the store is always customer-ready.

• Overseeing and supporting the execution of operational and visual processes
• Championing strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Leading strategic product presentation and merchandising
• Planning visual floor changes and managing payroll
• Utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities
• Representing the business in meetings and on conference calls
• Managing the budget and reporting
• Ensuring the visual team communicates Alo's mission effectively
• Leading the team through coaching and development
• Overseeing the execution of deliverables to achieve KPIs

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
• Agility to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Independent work ethic and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
