Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Manager for their store in Manhattan Beach, California. This role is crucial for bringing Alo's visual and product strategy to life within the store environment. The Visual Manager will focus on planning, product knowledge, analyzing reporting, and visual execution to drive effective merchandising and ensure the store is always customer-ready.
  • Overseeing execution of operational and visual processes
  • Leading product presentation and merchandising
  • Planning visual floor changes
  • Identifying business opportunities with product placement
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
  • Agility to handle multiple tasks
  • Independent work ethic and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
